Brianna Leveston is the Founder and Clinical Director of Nova ABA & Therapy Solutions.
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master's degree in Education, Brianna is dedicated to helping children and families achieve meaningful progress through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy. With extensive experience in autism treatment, behavior intervention, caregiver training, and clinical supervision, Brianna specializes in developing individualized programs that improve communication, social skills, independence, and overall quality of life. Her approach emphasizes collaboration with families, child-led learning, and creating positive, engaging environments where children can thrive. Through Nova ABA & Therapy Solutions, Brianna is committed to expanding access to high-quality ABA services while supporting and mentoring the next generation of behavioral health professionals.
Jasmine Lindsay, MA | RBT | Student Analyst
Jasmine's passion for teaching and helping others learn led her to pursue a career in Applied Behavior Analysis. Jasmine became an RBT because she enjoys building meaningful relationships with learners and helping them develop skills that increase their independence, confidence, and quality of life. Jasmine holds a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Practice and has experience working with learners ages 2 to 14 across clinic and home settings. In addition to her ABA experience, she has a background in Precision Teaching, where she helped children develop academic skills through data-driven instruction. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys reading, traveling, and spending quality time with her family. She is a wife and a mom to her 1 kiddo and 2 cats.

Daliza Jimenez [RBT|Clinical Care Coordinator]
Daliza became an RBT because she knew it would expand her knowledge in the healthcare field while allowing her to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families. Daliza recognized that this role would provide valuable experience and growth opportunities, and helping children reach their full potential is one of the most rewarding parts of what she does. She graduated with her high school diploma in 2025 and is currently a student at Kennesaw State University, where she is continuing her education and pursuing hef professional goals. Outside of work, Daliza loves shopping—whether online or in person! She also enjoys staying active through walks and fun workout classes. When she is not working or studying, you’ll likely find her planning her next adventure. She loves traveling and exploring different parts of the world!”
Yanirka Kittrell [RBT|LEAD TRAINER|Student analysT]
Yanirka is an RBT with almost 5 years of experience in ABA. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Sociology and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in ABA as she continues working toward becoming a BCBA. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, She is passionate about helping children learn, grow, and reach their full potential. Outside of work, Yanirka is married, has two wonderful children, and a dog who keeps life fun and busy! Her passion for this field comes from personal experience growing up with a brother who is autistic and has ADHD. Seeing firsthand the challenges he faced due to limited access to resources and support inspired her. One of the most rewarding parts of being an RBT is building strong relationships with learners and celebrating every step of their progress. She is most excited to continue growing in the field of ABA, expanding her knowledge through her master’s program and experience as a Student Analyst, and supporting our learners, families, and team at Nova!
Victoria Chivers [RBT | media coordinator]
Victoria became an RBT because she's always had a natural love for working with children and helping them discover what they’re capable of. Before entering the field of ABA, Victoria had the opportunity to work with youth through coaching and a youth program on a military base. Those experiences taught her how rewarding it is to encourage, support, and connect with kids while helping them learn new skills and build confidence. When discovering ABA, it felt like a natural fit for her. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Marketing, and is considering returning to school to continue growing her knowledge and career in ABA. Outside of work, she is a very creative person and love finding different ways to express herself. Whether shes making rugs, modeling, drawing, or coaching, shes happiest when creating or connecting with others. Victoria is also a proud cat mom to two cats! In her free time, some of her favorite moments are spent with her siblings, nieces, and nephews.
